Rates & Policies

Minimum stay at our vacation rental is 3 nights (except during Holiday Dates, there is a 10 nights minimum.)

Regular Season

  • 4/1-5/31 & 9/1-11/30
  • $150/night
  • $2800/month

Summer Season

  • 6/1-8/31
  • $160/night
  • $3100/month

Winter Season

  • 1/1-3/31 & 12/1-12/31 (12/20 – 1/3 are Holiday Dates)
  • $165/night
  • $3600/month

Everything Else

Cleaning fee is $135 (for less than 30 nights stay) or $145 (for 31+ nights stay), $30 reservation fee, $49 Limited accidental damage waiver fee, Maximum capacity is 4 people, Free secured parking in the building, Free Wi-Fi internet, Free US & Canada calls.

To Make a Reservation

  • $300 deposit required at the time of booking
  • The balance payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival date (For Christmas and New Year’s Holiday dates, final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date)
  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
  • Hawaii State Tax rate is 13.962%

Check In & Check Out

  • Check in time is 3:00 pm (early check in maybe available upon request)
  • Check out time is 11:00 am (late check-out is available with additional fee)

Cancellation Fee

  • If you cancel no later than 45 (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival date, reservation deposit will be returned, less a $100 cancellation fee
  • If you cancel within 45 (60) days of arrival, there will be no refund
  • For reservations made within 45 (60) days of arrival, payment is due in full at time of reservation
